Is being fit important in cycling?

Advice and other things from TheDrivewayGear...................................

On this page, the word "fit" takes on a whole new meaning - I'm talking about being fit to the bike and not necessarily being physically fit.

A proper fit to the bike and great working components will make your cycling experiences more fun with little or no pain.  See The Right Gear's link below for more information about a proper fit.

After each bullet I've embedded links to other sites of interest to me personally.  I have no legal or binding affiliation to any of these links but I do participate in the affiliate program with Performance Bicycle whereas a small % is paid which helps to support this website if you make a purchase by clicking on the link from here.

Visit this page often to review the changes and to see if something new has been added.
